“Saha” means ‘with’, “Ja” means ‘born’, “Yoga” means union with the all pervading power of Divine love. This is very subtle subject, absolutely valid and can be proved of our ascent into higher awareness.
As described in the scriptures there is an all pervading power of God’s love (Paramachaitanya). It is a subtle power which does all living work and which cannot be felt at the level of human awareness.
Sahaja Yoga means that a seeker of truth (Sadhaka) has birth-right to get his self-realization (Atma Sakshat Kar) spontaneously. Self-realization or self-knowledge is the destination of human evolution and also of all the religions.
First Nadis In The Heart
First Nadi goes to Mooladhar. It goes to Hell when you cross the Maryadas beyond a certain point
then you go to your destruction
To stop destruction by this Nadi we have to divert our attention towards INNOCENCE. We have to
dissolve carnal desires into the ocean of innocence. While working keep in attention on three feet hight.
Keep attention on grass, child, flowers, lags of the persons. Insert Dissolve desire into innocence.
Second Nadis In The Heart
The second channel is of DESIRE. Which can take you to distraction. Desires of any type. It is not
become of attachment but just to have more. When improve desires start working we can go any
length. To dominate other is also desire all there desire go to destruction become there is no joy or
happiness. The attention get polluted, disturbed for nonsense desires
The attention gets disturbed because we are not innocence the attention get into turmoil because
we have desires. Now we should do is to desire beautiful things which shift our material desire into
attention. If you start working but your desires by desiring for something aesthetic or hand made
gradually you with identify vibrations become all such things have vibrations.
To enjoy vibrations there has to be pure desire. Because you have to dissolve your desire into vibrations. You start deserving nothing but vibrations.
All desires end up into Chaitanya. The joy of Bhakti comes from SHIVA. There will be real connection with Mother or Father. To enjoy Sahajyoga its not dry vibrations but the BHAKTI. Every things seems to surround and resound with the joy that I am so much loved by God. There ego and conditionings drop out.
Third Nadi In The Heart
The third Nadi is the one by which we feel attached. Attached to somebody. One has to know the
discrimination part of attachment just like sap of tree. The small attachment that you have to e
dissolved into the ocean of love which is SHIVA.
Love corrects, nourishes and wants your benovalance. When you are looking after benovalance of others with love there the whole life pattern changes. You become universal has to be achieve. You have to drop out the MAMATWA. You can open the lotus of your heart.
Forth Nadi In The Heart
The forth Nadi passes through left vishudhi into the heart. It start from the heart and passes through
Agya. It has four petals. This is one which give you the state which is called TURYA. Which is a fourth
STATE. In which you get through awareness.
When there is no thought you have to be innocent when there is no thought you have vibrations. When there is no thought you cannot be attached to anyone.
When you are in this state i.e TURIYA STHITI there four petals which are with in you open out in your brain. They come from Heart to Brain and you absolutely understands what is GOD. That is the time when one receives the real knowledge.
Unless and until their four petals open you may fall back.
The pure knowledge is not the knowledge of Chakras, Vibrations or Kundalini but the
knowledge of God almighty. Something that comes out of you experiences of joy and cavers your brain
so that brain cannot deny anymore.
TO ACHIEVE INNER TRANSFORMATION
- Sincere desire to be required for the inner change.
- Always introspect and find out micro defects in us. This is only possible after rigourous and sincere introspection.
- Always remember our spiritual object in the life.
- See and overcome on our attachments regarding our relations, Body, Property.
- Always keep attention inside and for this we have to take deliberate efforts.
- Always use the power of Love/Sweet Language
- We can achive blessings through Bhakti only
- Try to keep our mother in the heart and for that our thoughts should be pure . Pray our mother to clean your heart.
- Always try to help others.
- First we should change ourselves .Others will change when they will pray to the mother.
- Forgive everyone. They are hurting others because of their ignorance and Ego. Don’t keep them in our attention.
- Negativity may come from subtle things. To know the negativity. It is possible only when
- Always think for the feelings of others.
- Keep the purity in the eyes
- Do not cross the protocols of the divine.
- Always remember that our other is watching our all activities, Reactions, Bhakti, emotions and all thoughts. Hence if you feel anything is wrong within your heart. Then please do not do it.
- Do not do any action superficially. Always do by heart. Be transparent
- Try to become desire less and see that shadripus will not overcome you. It will be helpful to stayin present
- Always see that why my particular chakra is catching? Find out the exact cause and try to remove from the root. Do not repeat same mistakes again.
- Develop non expectancy approach.
- Please try to bring others to your level then only divine will give us higher state. Otherwise stagnation will come .
- Do not talk ill about others and do not find faults with others. If you want to find out the faults then see which faults you are having.
- Leaver our all worries to the lotus feet of the mother
- You should know about vibrations minimum of minimum.
- Always use vibratory power in case of critical decision making or in case of confusion.
- Always remember that our mother is Mahamaya and she is testing us by creating events.
- Always pray for the world Sahaj yogis growth. Do not pray individually. You are part of world collective
- Try to become collective in real sense. Become our ascent is collective only.
