Sahaja Yoga Mantras – THE AFFIRMATIONS
The Affirmation: When a Chakra has been affected and if the residing deity of the Chakra recedes, the qualities of that Chakra do not maintain themselves without constant attention and nourishment.
The Affirmation is used to bring our attention back to the qualities so the deity returns and in turn these qualities return back and act spontaneously within us.
